​KICKNFIT KIDS is the original 30 minute, 3 day a week, high energy, fun, and challenging workout designed to burn maximum fat and tone kids bodies while teaching them life saving Bully Buster moves.

Our specialized workouts use a combination of Martial arts plus (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Bully Busting self defense moves which are designed to get kids bodies burning more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long (and twice as boring). Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.

Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our fitness programs are modified to fit kids individual fitness goals and ability levels. Whether your family is new to working out or they are experienced fitness buffs our professional trainers and coaches will help to modify every workout so that they achieve their goals!
